Camila's Tex Mex

It's amazing how any Mexican restaurant can serve up a large number of menu items. But at Camilas it just tastes better. Some pastel colors and some sound deadening materials wouldn't hurt, but I shouldn't complain.

Had the fish tacos! They were delicious. Jorge gave great service,will be back forsure.

I want to preface what I am about to say with the following statement that may or may not be well received but it's my honest opinion! My review is based from a Mexican American POV not an Anglo POV. If you grew up in the Southwest you will know where I am coming from. The first time there we had ordered a chile Colorado the second time there we ordered carne adovada. Both of these dishes are supposed to be made with red chiles. They were not. However I understand the reason for this. The Midwest palette coupled with the majority of the client base dictates the flavor profile and the ingredients used to achieve it. Other than that the service is excellent and the food is tasty, just not what I am accustomed to, coming from New Mexico, the land of red or green. Again if you have spent time in the SW you know what I am referring to.

My family & I go to Camila's every week/every other week. The waiters remember us each time and bring our drink orders out as soon as we sit down. The service and experience is always great. But tonight in particular was the best night we have had there. Tonight was my son's 5th birthday. We did tell the waiter it was his birthday and that he wanted ice cream. We really didn't expect everything that happened. The staff sang him happy birthday, brought him out a sombrero, and sang to him, but the ENTIRE restaurant (the patrons) cheered him on too. It was purely magic for my little boy. He won't stop talking about it. Eureka has a small town feel for being somewhat large, and this restaurant just enhances that feel. Thank you to everyone that was there tonight- you made my son's birthday 🎂 also, thank you to the table next to us that gave my son an entire package of cookies. I love this town.

It's ok. Nothing to special. Stopped for lunch and got the lunch burrito and tamale. Service was great and the food came out quickly. Salsa was ok just a little bland. The rice was quite plain and could have had more spices. I would return but it would not be my first choice nor my second

This one is a hidden gem. Great TexMex with the best Chili Rellano I've had. Excellent chips and salsa, but don't over indulge before your entree comes. Expect it to be better than expected and more than you would expect for the money. Good ambiance and the music in the background isn't overwheming

Friday night the place gets crowded for the good eats. Staff was very friendly, fast, and on the "A Game". I personally ordered the fajitas and they were delicious and had a good meat/vegetable ratio unlike other places that overload the platter with veggies to save cost. I also tried 2 different margaritas, mango & strawberry, both were excellent, not too strong not too weak. Over all the service was great and even had a chance to speak to the owner who was very friendly and working right side her crew to help with the rush. If your in eureka this is an excellent dining choice! I will be coming back again soon 😊

Great family run Mexican restaurant. We eat here at least a few times a month.

Our first visit and the food was very good. Service was excellent. So good that I felt the waiter was going out of his way to impress us. We will be back.

Occupies the previous Los Cabos site. I enjoyed a Chimichanga. with fresh ingredients and a very good iced tea. We will be back.

Camilas is the best restaurant around! Their shrimp tacos are amazing and their margaritas are delicious. Always 5 star customer service and the food comes out quick! ALSO they catered our rehearsal dinner and they were so easy to work with! They brought well over enough food for everyone and the food was fresh and hot. Very reasonably priced too! We recommend them to everyone we know. Thank you Camilas!!!

Visited for our schools fundraiser night. We ordered simple tacos and burritos. The food was okay and service was a little slow. The chips and salsa were great! Thank you for hosting our schools fundraiser. We greatly appreciate it!!

Friendly atmosphere, okay for children. Delicious food! Most items are TexMex, but they do have amazing street tacos! Food is somewhat spicy, so be prepared. Staff could be more attentive to the need for drink refills, which is why I took away one star, but overall they are inviting and accommodating.

Good at reasonable prices . Good service

Our server was working her first day! And we didn't even wait 30 seconds before her smile and greeting! I wished other places were so prompt! The meal only took maybe 10 minutes to arrive again with a smile! I had to look around to see why I rated two smiles in one afternoon!!! I asked only once to get a refill on tea and they kept coming after that. Why don't other places learn this secret to great service?And obviously I was so pleased with this meal. I ordered a buritto which had grilled onions & peppers inside with the pork which was more than delicious. The size of this meal with all the other trimming and sauce was actually 2 meals. Needless to say I left full and very pleased!!!!

I stopped by here with my mom and we both loved our meals. I would probably go out of my way to eat here again.

Service was superb, food was good and the restuarant was nice decorated. Lighting was Poor! Price was roughly $11.00 a dish.

Great place to eat! We stopped here after going to six flags for food before driving home. The service was great and food was amazing!! They have great daily specials. Would reccomend to anyone looking for great food!

First time here and would definitely recommend it. Service was great, affordable menu, and plenty of seating. Tried the chi-piggy quesadilla and loved it! I also enjoyed a pitcher of frozen strawberry margaritas with my friends. Good place to chill for afternoon break.

Left six flags to grab something to eat. Our waiter, Raul, was really cool to us and recommended good things on the menu. It was Monday so we got some really good margaritas that were well dosed with tequila. Our food was more than generous with portions. Price per point was really good. I will definitely come back here next time I’m in the area.

Awesome! The Owner is so nice, and so is all the staff. It's usually pretty busy in there cause it's so good! The have a huge bar as well. And I love their decorations for Halloween!

Fantastic people they have working there! Me and my Dad ate there tonight and the service was amazing. The waiter was not fantastic but the man that cleans the tables, brings the chips and seats people was such an awesome guy! He came back more than our actual waiter did. Also, if that guy is reading this we were the ones that left and then came back. Thanks.

Was sorry to see Los Cabos go a while back, but I have to say Camila Tex Mex is a nice upgrade. Service is always great and friendly, food is quick and the portions are fantastic! Management is great as well- shook my hand and thanked us for coming. Oh, and look for the specials- delightful addition to an already large menu. Very glad to see a lot of folks happy here.

Not authentic tex-mex at all. Staff was friendly but service was incredibly slow.

Enjoy our drive from Fenton, Missouri to Eureka, Missouri for the best Mexican food!! Friendly staff, clean, decorative walls and 5 TV's! Kid friendly and can accommodate any size groups..We always pick a different food item from their large menu of appetizers, salads, burritos, tacos, and manager specials, and daily lunch specials.

We went there last night for the first time. Food was great. We didn't know it was Wednesday kid's eat free though. The service was slow, but I think that was because it was crowded for the kids night. Will go back.

I’d like to start by saying I’m not a huge fan of Mexican cuisine. However, my wife is. That being said I’ve had a lot of it. Camila’s was amazing! The food was incredible to say the least. I am officially a fan!! If you have time, eat there! You won’t regret it.

Outstanding food and service. This was our first time at Camilla’s and we could not have been happier with our meal. The food came out very quickly, service was fantastic, and the portions were huge. Plus Camilla’s has the best salsa I have ever had! Highly recommend!!!!

Camila’s Tex-Mex is simply the best Mexican-inspired restaurant I have been to. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. In addition to their kind nature, all members of the staff greatly enjoy joking around with customers, which is something I really appreciate! The food is authentic, delicious, and very impressive! The food, service, and generally fun personality of the staff make Camila’s one of the best restaurants I’ve been to.

We liked Camila. Our server was good. My dish was yummy and my wife loved hers as well. She ordered the Mexicano Bandero (we think it's called) and I ordered a dish with shrimp. Second time I order the chimichangas. They were on the small side and not as amazing as the other dish. Both visits I ordered the street taco's - steak. They were flame (that means good.)

Great food at great price. Did Not like margaritas though. Had traditional lime but was wayyyy sweet instead of lime.

Everything was delicious! I had the chicken & shrimp (Feliz) and my husband had the Popeye chicken(since he can't eat very spicy). We liked the chips and salsa- really appreciated that the chips were not overly salty like many restaurants.

Fast, friendly and great food. We were in and out on an early Friday evening in 40 minutes! Everything is fresh and delicious!

Excellent first time dining experience! Our server was very attentive, kept the sodas and the chips quickly refilled. Our entrees were eye-pleasing and served hot. I highly recommend the LA Rocha, cheesy rice with chicken, shrimp, and steak, along with peppers and onions- yummy and delicious! We made sure to bring home carry out menus to prepare for the next time we go!

My family and I have been here about 5 times and everything has been great each and every time! The food, the service, the prices! I highly recommend this place!
